    This summer SpaDerma proudly welcomes the addition of SpaDerma Wicker Park, a 5,000 sq ft facility that will boast an impressive 17 treatment rooms spanning over two levels in the presence of some of Chicago’s best dining and retail. This space will also be the home to The Collective, an education and training destination that will bridge the gap between the traditional esthetics school curriculum and the exploding industry of advanced medical esthetics. Courses both available online and in person will be provided by a collective of industry professionals stemming from SpaDerma, device and products experts, and trainers nationally recognized.

    As the Sales Manager of our Headquarters team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales team. The Sales Manager will oversee our call center team with the goal of driving sales through all avenues of customer communication: calls, live chat and email. Additionally, you will assist in driving sales not only at our Headquarters but also at our spa locations. Your strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and ability to motivate and mentor your team will contribute to achieving our sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This individual will work to create consistency in communication that’s friendly and informative. Every avenue of outreach by a patient is a warm lead and it’s the duty of the Manager to ensure the team is going above and beyond to convert the lead to a lifelong customer.


    Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team performance

    + Set clear sales targets and closely monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met or exceeded

    + Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional development

    + Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize booking appointments and closing sales over the phone

    + Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities and potential areas for improvement

    + Track and analyze key sales metrics and prepare regular reports to assess performance, and identify trends

    + Provide ongoing training, resources, and tools to enable the sales team to effectively engage with customers and close sales

    + Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded

    + Collaborate with the managers of other locations to ensure consistent sales processes and customer experiences

    + Conduct regular meetings and communicate sales updates, best practices, and important information across locations

    + Routinely monitor calls, chats and emails for quality assurance

    + Analyze ticket metrics in the CRM and improve KPIs as a team and on an individual basis

     

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    + Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales performance metrics

    + Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team

    + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and patients

    + Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

    + Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

     

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

    + At least 2 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in a call center or high-volume sales environment

    + Familiarity with the medspa industry or similar field is a plus

     

    Physical Requirements:

    + Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    + Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

    Compensation:

    + Competitive salary based on experience 60-65k

    + Discretionary sales bonus
