The Spa Manager position requires an individual with a passion for the beauty industry and a knowledge of our services. This position will be entirely responsible for the successful operation of the designated spa location while meet sales goals assigned. This is a full-time position that will require nights and weekends. The Spa Manager will be focused on improving customer service, leading a team of support staff and providers, increasing sales, and optimizing profitability. This position requires a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and has a strong desire to succeed and advance in their career.
Acting as a role model and mentor, the Spa Manager is responsible for teaching their team the skills of ethics, patient relationship management, respect and professionalism while demonstrating good work habits, flexibility and initiative. This individual should be polished and poised when dealing with patient or employee issues. In addition, the Spa Manager must display excellent time management skills, be collaborative and cooperative and be committed to professional development all while working independently.
Responsibilities:

+ Assigning and executing sales goals
+ Effectively leading and coaching a team
+ Create training protocols
+ Daily operations management
+ Spa maintenance
+ Patient complaint management
+ Managing adverse reactions to treatments
+ Improving customer experience
+ Assisting with social media and influencer management
+ Equipment purchases, warranties, and maintenance
+ Product inventory management and ordering
+ Spa promotions and patient incentives
+ Hiring, training, and coaching of new staff
+ Implementing procedures and protocols
+ Event and project management
+ Sets goals, deadlines, and objectives for team
+ Supervises and provides disciplinary measures for staff
+ Budgeting and profit maximization
Qualifications:
+ Aesthetics license is a plus but not required
+ BA required
+ At least two years of managerial experience in Medical Aesthetics, Dermatology, Plastics, Spa, Device or Product Sales, or Wellness Industries
+ Knowledge of treatments and skincare products
+ Effective communication skills
+ Proven sales abilities
+ Strong organization and leadership skills
