Can I come to my appointment wearing makeup? Of course, most people do! We will handle the deep cleanse on our end.
Can I make an appointment to see your dermatologist? SpaDerma doesn’t have a dermatologist but one of our licensed aestheticians would be happy to help!
Do you extract milia? No, we recommend seeing a Dermatologist for this purpose.
I’m pregnant, do you have pregnancy safe treatments? Yes, check out our SpaDerma Signature Facial, Hydrafacial or Fire and Ice Treatment!
How do I know what treatment is best for me? We offer a variety of laser and skincare services for fine lines, pigmentation, acne, tightening, redness, and texture. Coming in for a complimentary consultation is the best way to learn what is best for you!
Can I get skincare and botox the same day? Yes, you can depending on the skincare treatment as long as skincare is treated first!
I’m not sure if I need botox or fillers how do I know? We offer complimentary consultations with our injectors where they can make recommendations to help you achieve your desired look.
If I’m nursing can I still get injectables? Unfortunately, no. We cannot treat you if you’re pregnant, nursing or have had a major dental procedure in the past 30 days.
Can you treat headaches with botox? While this is a common side effect, our treatments are all cosmetic and we do not treat for medicinal purposes.
Do you offer non surgical rhino-plasty? Unfortunately, we do not offer filler for this area at this time.
What’s the difference between Botox and Dysport? Botox/Dysport are competing product lines that achieve similar results, one of our injectors can help you decide which is best for you.
Do I need a consultation first for injectables before I can receive the treatment? Yes, however it’s possible to receive treatment on the same day as your initial consultation!
How much does Botox/Dysport cost per unit at SpaDerma? $12-$14 per unit, depending on the injector you see.
Do you offer botox parties? We can host parties in spa only, please call or email us with the number of people in your party for availability.
I got filler elsewhere and hate it! Would you dissolve it? Yes! We’d be happy to help you achieve the look you want.
Can I work out after receiving botox? Please hold off on hitting the gym for at least 24 hours after your treatment.

I have darker skin, am I a good candidate for laser hair removal? Absolutely, yes! We can treat all skin types safely and effectively.
I have very fair hair, am I a good candidate? Possibly, we recommend coming in for a complimentary consultation. The ideal candidate for this treatment has dark, coarse hair.
How many laser hair removal sessions will I need? Most patients require between 6-9 treatments in order to see optimal results in addition to touch ups down the line.
Is laser hair removal permanent? Laser hair removal is a hair reduction process where many different factors play a part in it’s efficacy like hair/skin types, hormones, age, etc. You can expect to see a 60-80% reduction in hair.
I’m a little tan, can I get laser hair removal? Unfortunately, no. It’s critical that you’re as close to your natural skin color as possible in order to reduce the risk of burning and hyperpigmentation.
How do I prepare for my first laser hair removal treatment? Please arrive clean shaven to your appointment! To receive treatment, it is important that you discontinue: antibiotics, topical prescriptions, retinols 2 weeks prior; tanning, self-tanners and sun exposure 4-6 weeks prior; waxing, threading, tweezing and bleaching 3 weeks prior.
If I want to buy a package of 3 small area laser package, can I treat 3 different areas? Unfortunately no, you would choose one small area to treat for 3 sessions.
I want to treat many different areas, do you offer full body packages? Yes! We offer full body and partial body packages that may be more cost effective and make more sense for you. Reach out for more information!
Can I get lasered on my time of the month? Yes, with proper protection most of our patients do! You may experience slightly more discomfort than usual.
Is there anyone I can speak to about a billing, treatment or customer service issue? Yes! We recommend you call 773-529-5277 for concerns with treatment complications and that you email email@example.com with your billing or customer service inquiry. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
Where can I purchase gift certificates? Gift cards are available for purchase on our online shop. You can also stop by one of our locations or give us a quick call to purchase!

Do my packages expire? No! They will forever remain on your account at the location you purchased from. Packages are non-transferable between locations.
Can you ship product to me? Yes! Visit our Product shops to have products shipped to you directly.
Can I bring my child into the spa with me? For the safety of your family & our providers, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the Spa, and only the patient scheduled may enter the treatment room
I heard that you get $50 when you refer a friend, can I use that on anything? Yes, we have an amazing referral program where you both receive $50 to use on a regularly priced treatment of $150 or more!

Do you accept walk-ins? We are available by appointment only.
Can you treat my 14 year old daughter? We wouldn't be able to yet, we require patients to be at least 16 years old with parental consent.
What is your return policy? All purchases are final sale. No adjustments on past purchases.
I've purchased a treatment package online, now what? After your online purchase is complete, it's promptly added onto your account with us. In order to schedule and use your package, give us a call at 733 529 5277!
What is your appointment cancellation policy? We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a same day cancellation charge of $50-$100.
Appointments scheduled with an Injector - $100
Appointments scheduled for 1 hour or less with an Aesthetician - $50
Appointments scheduled for over an hour with an Aesthetician - $100
What is your late arrival policy? SpaDerma allows a grace period of 5-10 minutes for appointments, depending on the service scheduled & time reserved. Patients who arrive beyond our grace period for whatever reason may not be able to receive treatment and are subject to our same day cancellation fee.
