Responsibilities:
+ Providing patient support via inbound calls, e-mails, etc in a professional manner at all times.
+ Providing the highest standard of customer service while working in a fast paced environment.
+ Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Manager
+ Learning, retaining, and promoting treatment information to current and potential patients
+ Following company policies and protocols
+ Scheduling accurately, using multiple computer applications to process information
+ Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean office environment
+ Performing other duties as instructed by Management
Job Requirements:
+ 2+ yrs in the Beauty/Aesthetics industry or 2+ yrs of customer service experience
+ Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
+ Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
+ Excellent organizational & multitasking skills
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Professional phone presentation
+ Ability to collaborate with a team
+ Business-casual dress code expected
